Booking Policy- Room Booking shall be confirmed only after receipt of one night tariff in advance.
- Remittance for booking advance can be made by Cash transfer in our specified Bank Account in favour of Hotel Tibet ( FTCI )
- No Confirmation of booking without advance or advance not received within the valid date specified.
- Full settlement of hotel bill must be made at the time of check-out.
- No credit facility.
- No charge for children below 5 years.
- Commission to recognised Travel Agents 25 % on EP rate.
- No refund of advance on no show up without prior intimation to Reservation Manager of cancellation or change of schedule.
Booking Cancellation- On No Show Up on Scheduled date or cancellation after booking date: 100 % cancellation charge.
- Cancellation intimated on the same date of booking: 50 %.
- Cancellation intimated one day before : 25%v
- Cancellation within one week or more: 10 %.
