FTCI., Export Unit Delhi (formerly known as TRSHH) is an export branch of the Federation. It shares all the objectives & principles of Fair Trade for being a partner in making this world a better place.
Mission- To be an ethical, fair and responsible organization for customers, employees, suppliers, society and the environment.

- To make positive endeavours towards the preservation of Tibetan art, culture and traditions and thereby contribute towards the economic development of the Tibetan Diaspora.
- To be the frontline marketing arm of Federation for the purpose of developing sustainable markets for the products of the member cooperative societies.

Terms & Conditions
- While placing order, all items must be coded properly.
- All orders must be accompanied by 50 % advance payment.
- Prices are quoted in FOB Delhi.
- Minimum order required is 50 pcs.
- Prices are subject to change from time to time without prior notice.
Mode of Shipment & Payment
Air Cargo- There is no weight limit for air cargo.
- The freight can be pre-paid or to pay at destination.
- Good savings for bulk shipment.
Sea Freight (Cargo)
- There is no weight limit.
- Not much advantage for small shipment.
Air/Sea Mail Post Parcel
- The limit of Air parcel is 10 kgs. And for Sea parcel 20 kgs. per package.
- Air or Sea post mail charges must be pre-paid.
Payment Terms
- 50% payment in advance with order and balance 50% on presentation of the documents.
- Payment for small orders must be transferred by Telegraphic or Telex directly to our banker in advance.
- Bill of exchange or payment against document is the simple procedure to effect shipment and collection of payment.
- Irrevocable letter of credit is a well known payment procedure and is our normal practice of business transaction.
